Job summary

Access TeleCare is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Support Coordinator for our Night shift team. This remote, full-time role supports hospital and physician requests, preps consults for dispatch, and ensures timely patient care in a 24/7 virtual hospital environment.

You will communicate with hospital staff, take down patient information, provide Tier 1 tech support, and collaborate across departments to meet SLA targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of call center, healthcare, or IT experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn software and systems.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hospital staff to ensure timely patient care.
• Answer calls and collect patient information.
• Coordinate with clinical specialists and upload images to VidiStar.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and physicians.
• Escalate SLA issues to supervisor when needed.
• Assist with consult preparation for dispatch.
• Work in a 24/7 remote consult center.
