Qualifications

• RN license in one or more states (US).
• Four or more years of nursing experience; telephonic experience a plus.
• Two or more years of nephrology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and reimbursement/insurance processes a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft products and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapy and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the program CRM.
• Counsel patients on drug administration, dosing, device use, and insurance coverage challenges.
• Coordinate resources and financial options for patients in need.
• Report adverse events and product concerns per SOPs.
