Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Nurse Advocate to facilitate patient engagement from enrollment through treatment, addressing barriers to therapy and ensuring a successful patient experience. The advocate will educate patients on clinical treatments and navigate insurance benefits.

Qualifications include active RN licensure and 2–3 years of nursing experience. The role requires strong communication skills, with opportunities for career advancement in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the current state of practice.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience; relevant disease-state experience preferred.
• Experience in nurseline triage, call center utilization management, or call center case management is a plus.
• Case management or clinical trial nurse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource throughout the continuum of program services.
• Educate patients about clinical treatments and financial implications.
• Work with the patient’s insurance payer to determine coverage benefits.
• Report adverse events and product complaints.

Skills

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
