Valeris is seeking a Patient Support Nurse to engage with program patients from enrollment through treatment, helping them navigate barriers to therapy. You will educate patients about prescribed therapies, dosing, and potential side effects while coordinating coverage with payers.

The role requires active RN licensure and 2-3 years of nursing experience; remote work eligibility is considered based on criteria and business needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in current state.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease-state knowledge preferred.
• Nurseline triage and call center case management experience a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout patient programs.
• Educate patients on therapy, dosing, and potential side effects.
• Coordinate with insurance payers for coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
• Provide support to address non-program needs and referrals.
• Document adverse events and follow SOPs.
