Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Patient Support Nurse to engage with program patients from enrollment through therapy, helping ensure timely and successful treatment initiation and adherence.

You will serve as a consistent resource across the continuum of program services, educate patients on therapy benefits, administration, and insurance coverage, and triage barriers to care while supporting emotional and financial aspects of the diagnosis. Remote work eligibility applies based on criteria.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN licensure in current state of practice.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state preferred.
• Experience with Nurseline triage, Call Center Utilization Management or Case Management is a plus.
• Remote work eligibility is subject to all work-from-home criteria and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services, identifying barriers to therapy and helping patients navigate them.
• Educate patients on clinical treatments and the emotions and financial implications of a new diagnosis.
• Provide information on prescribed therapy, dosing, and insurance coverage and assist with financial resources.
• Support patient stress related to diagnosis and empower participation in their care process.
• Report Adverse Events/ Product Complaints per SOP and GMP.
• Adhere to training deadlines and follow all SOPs; perform additional tasks as assigned.
