Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Patient Support Nurse in the United States to support program patients through enrollment and treatment.

The role emphasizes barrier assessment, education on therapy, and navigating insurance coverage to enable timely therapy initiation and continuation. The position requires active RN license and 2-3 years of nursing experience; remote work eligibility is available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN licensure in current state of practice.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Nurseline triage, Call Center Utilization Management, Call Center Case Management experience is a plus.
• Case management or Clinical Trial Nurse experience is a plus.
• Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services and identify barriers to therapy.
• Educate patients on prescribed therapy, dosing, benefits, and potential side effects.
• Assist patients with insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and financial assistance resources.
• Triages patients and connects them to non-program supports (social services, etc.).
• Document adverse events and product complaints per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
