Job summary

Valeris is hiring a Patient Support Nurse to engage program patients from enrollment through treatment, helping them initiate and complete therapy successfully.

The role requires active RN licensure, 2–3 years of nursing experience, and potential remote work eligibility based on business needs. You will educate patients, triage needs, discuss treatment plans, and coordinate with payers to determine coverage and costs.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN licensure in current state of practice.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Nurseline triage, Call Center Utilization Management, Call Center Case Management, a plus.
• Case management or Clinical Trial Nurse experience, a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Remote work eligibility is subject to all work from home criteria met and based on business need.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services, identifying barriers to therapy and helping patients navigate them.
• Educate patients on clinical treatments, emotions related to diagnosis, and financial implications of therapy.
• Provide information about therapy, dosing, and administration; assist with insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
