Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the current state of practice.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience preferred, particularly in relevant disease states.
• Experience in nurseline triage or case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent resource for patients navigating barriers.
• Educate patients on treatment options and insurance coverage.
• Report adverse events and ensure compliance with SOP.
