Vituity is seeking a Patient Services Representative I to support our remote nationwide operations. You will manage patient and client calls, verify insurance information, assist with financial options, and update patient records.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and collaborative problem solving. Ideal candidates have healthcare or insurance-related experience, strong data entry and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in health care or insurance settings preferred.
• Two years of patient registration and/or insurance authorization experience preferred.
• Previous call center experience is desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Handle patient and client calls professionally to leave a positive impression.
• Review accounts to obtain insurance information, offer financial assistance, process payments, or route to the appropriate team.
• Update patient accounts and notes based on actions.
• Perform pre-verifications to determine eligibility and claim submission timing.
• Identify and communicate patient services issues.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
