Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and clerical tasks.
• Must have working knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsabilités

• Register patients and complete registration-related tasks accurately.
• Explain and obtain patient consents and authorizations as required.
• Collect financial paperwork and co-payments.
• Answer phones and coordinate general requests with a service mindset.
• Conduct documentation audits for medical necessity and payor requirements.
• Schedule procedures and educate patients on pre/post-exam needs.
• Maintain and organize patient files and medical records.
• Manage correspondence and forward queries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor and order front desk supplies to control costs.
• Participate in staff meetings and adhere to CMS and HIPAA standards.
