Qualifications

• Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and communicate professionally with patients.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
• Ability to successfully complete the required hiring and assessment process.
• Ability to meet all work-from-home technology and workspace requirements.
