AdventHealth is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to handle high volumes of inbound calls, assist patients with scheduling and portal access, and coordinate with clinics. You will work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm from a remote location in the Hendersonville area, NC. Strong English communication and EMR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and written English required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with internet-based applications.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and related programs.
• Call center/clinic telephony experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls, providing polite and professional service.
• Assist callers with provider selection, appointments, and patient portal access.
• Coordinate scheduling and relay messages to clinic staff.
• Maintain fluent knowledge of computer systems and communication tools.
