HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Nashville, TN is hiring a Part-Time Patient Scheduling Call Center Agent (remote). You will answer inbound calls, schedule physician appointments, verify insurance, and route calls to the appropriate department.

This role requires being on the phone most of the day, training full-time for the first 3 weeks (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST), and working 20 hours weekly with options to work 2 days or 5 days, no weekends.

Qualifications

• One year of call center customer service experience preferred.
• Must live within 60 miles of an HCA hospital for on-site requirements (work from home via remote).
• Role requires being on the phone ~95% of day.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule all patient appointments for physician practices including cancellations and changes.
• Verify insurance and patient demographics.
• Inform patient of carrier that is out of network and select accurate insurance carrier plans.
• Provide Good Faith Estimates upon patient request.
