Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates appointments, including surgical procedures, pre/post-op care, imaging, and cross-department care.
• Manages waitlists and adjusts appointment capacity across locations.
• Confirms appointments and provides pre-procedure instructions.
• Tracks and validates patient records from outside organizations for completeness.
• Serves as liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical staff during appointments.
• Processes payments and reconciles daily financials; may manage single-case or gap agreements with insurers.
• Coordinates surgical cases, manages OR block time, and arranges multidisciplinary care.
• Performs outreach for new patient visits and transfer-of-care scheduling.
• Provides administrative support for clinic as needed.
