Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service skills and clear communication.
• Experience scheduling medical appointments is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy requirements is preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Schedules appointments for medical services via calls or online requests.
• Records patient information in the Electronic Health Records system.
• Transfers calls to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Meets monthly quality and service goals and provides courteous service.
