Pulmonary Associates of Richmond is seeking a friendly Call Center Specialist to handle incoming calls, schedule patient appointments for pulmonary and sleep services, and ensure accurate data entry in Allscripts. You will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and referring staff, delivering excellent customer service.

This remote Virginia role requires HIPAA awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in a call center environment and/ or in a medical practice is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls promptly with excellent customer service.
• Schedule patient appointments for pulmonary and sleep.
• Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into Allscripts.
• Adhere to HIPAA policies and protect patient privacy and security.
