The Remote Dental Receptionist position at Ghana Pose is a fully remote role serving as the first point of contact for patients on behalf of our dental clients. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and ensure a professional, patient-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental office or medical answering service preferred.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and scheduling systems (Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar) is an asset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Must be able to work during U.S. business hours.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls for dental offices in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental management software (Dentrix/Open Dental/Open Dental).
• Record patient information, reason for visit, and contact details accurately.
• Handle inquiries about hours, services, and appointment availability.
• Forward urgent messages to on-call personnel as directed by the client.
• Verify and update patient insurance and contact information.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document interactions clearly in the system.
• Support follow-up calls, reminders, and admin requests from the dental office.
