Keys Dental Specialists is hiring a full-time, remote Call Center Sales Representative to book appointments for our growing family of dental practices. You will turn new patient leads into booked appointments while working from your home office near Tullahoma, Tennessee.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls, aiming to meet daily booking targets, with paid training and dental benefits. This stand-alone remote role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work across

Qualifications

• Live in or within driving distance of Tullahoma, TN.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Make 50–100+ outbound calls per shift to new patient leads and existing patients with pending or unscheduled treatment.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and online booking requests.
• Present services, promotions, and financing options clearly.
• Log calls, leads, follow ups, and booked appointments in the CRM and tracking logs.
