Job summary

DxTx Pain & Spine is seeking a friendly Contact Center Representative to operate in a fully remote role scheduling new patients for our affiliated pain clinics and surgery centers. You will answer inbound calls, register and schedule, and follow up with outbound calls to prospective patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Call center and appointment scheduling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling.
• Register and schedule new patients and provide pre-appointment materials.
• Cancel, reschedule, and confirm appointments as needed.
• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and educate them on options."
• Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
• Accurately document patient information and maintain confidentiality.
• Support marketing initiatives by tracking lead activity.
• Follow company policies and healthcare standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
