Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a friendly, professional call-center specialist to register new patients and support currently awaiting appointments. You will gather essential demographics and medical information, routing inquiries with tact and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry in EMR/EHR systems, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment. Remote work arrangements may be reviewed based on performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professional phone presence.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple calls.
• Friendly, supportive team player in fast-paced setting.
• Experience with call centers and healthcare services a plus.
• Experience with EMR/EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage calls from patients requiring medical care and provide/gather information needed.
• Create, update, and access confidential patient data in EMR with high confidentiality and accuracy.
• Facilitate appointment process by gathering demographic and clinical information.
• Observe telephone flow; offer or request assistance as needed.
• Communicate with all departments to minimize wait times while maintaining quality service.
• All other duties as assigned by the manager.
