Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience; call center experience preferred.
• Flexible and positive attitude toward patients.
• Experience with EMR documentation preferred.
• Multitasking, prioritization and time management skills.
• Outstanding phone demeanor and etiquette.
• US work authorization.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments via calls.
• Provide courteous customer service and address inquiries.
• Enter patient information accurately into scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
• Follow up to confirm appointments and send reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
