Job summary

Ascension is seeking a dedicated operations professional to support Gastroenterology services in Murfreesboro, TN with remote capabilities. You will coordinate complex schedules and referrals, acting as a critical link between patients and a broad network of specialists.

You will also manage schedule changes to keep clinical capacity optimized, uphold patient privacy, and maintain accurate documentation to empower clinicians with current data.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of job-specific experience.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex schedules and referrals, linking patients with a network of providers.
• Proactively manage schedule changes and cancellations to optimize clinical capacity and minimize patient wait times.
• Ensure site-specific protocols and regulatory compliance to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation to support clinical teams with reliable data.
