Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a Remote Patient Resources Coordinator to support the Patient Services department and manage the infusion admission process. You will handle high call volumes, triage, and coordinate with clinical staff from a home office, while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities include scheduling follow-ups, data entry, and ensuring accurate chart information. The role requires solid communication skills, healthcare familiarity, and ability to work non-exempt hours

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Knowledge of Medicare and commercial insurance benefits; HIPAA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume of incoming calls.
• Maintain log notes to ensure continuity of care and communication.
• Data entry and accuracy audits.
• Review daily and weekly schedules for scheduling.
• Maintain familiarity with drug copay assistance program requirements.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and communicate with multiple teams.
