Overview

The Patient Resources Coordinator supports the Patient Services department and facilitates the infusion admission process. Individuals in this role will collaborate with and support all Vivo Infusion departments by assisting callers as the first line of our escalation matrix. In addition, the Patient Resources Coordinator supports continuity of care for existing patients by scheduling follow up appointments. Each individual specialist is responsible for reviewing, organizing, prioritizing, and escalating all calls and tasks in a timely manner.

The Patient Resource Specialist will work remotely from a home office with a secure network. Travel with Vivo equipment is not permitted. Only candidates residing in the states listed below at the time of employment will be considered.
