Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients via approved channels including phone and email.
• Support telemedicine visits and MyChart registration and access.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Triaging inquiries to billing, operations, and patient care teams.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications.
