TailorMed is seeking a Patient Support Advocate to help secure clear outcomes on affordability applications and claims status. This role is essential for accurate, efficient, and quality-driven documentation across the patient support process.

The position supports patients by coordinating with programs, payers, and internal teams from a remote setting. Candidates should have healthcare experience, strong customer service etiquette, and experience with EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience working within an EMR/EHR system is a plus.
• 2+ years in a heavy outbound call environment.
• Customer service experience and etiquette.
• Experience in working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to programs and payers to obtain claims and application status.
• Inbound call engagement and facilitation to appropriate team members.
• Fax management and facilitation across clients.
• Data entry across EMR + internal CRMs.
• Application approval and denial review.
