Direct Meds, headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing telehealth network. You will be the first contact for patients, handling inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

This full-time remote role offers $20–$22 per hour, with a Thursday–Monday schedule. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of healthcare customer service, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with computers and customer support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist patients with account questions, order updates, and navigate the treatment process.
• Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal systems.
• Resolve issues with empathy while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
