Ltd. is looking for a Registration/Charge Entry Specialist to ensure the integrity of the revenue cycle by managing patient pre-registrations and verifying insurance eligibility. This remote role requires precise data input within the Epic EHR platform and adherence to multiple regulations, including HIPAA and EMTALA.

The candidate will engage directly with patients, efficiently assist in complex workflows, and will need at least one year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in medical office or healthcare revenue cycle.
• Background in hospital or outpatient medical scheduling.
• Understanding of pre-registration or registration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Input and validate patient demographic and clinical data.
• Authenticate insurance eligibility and secure pre-authorization.
• Review and index physician orders to ensure compliance.
