Job summary

• Discusses financial information and directs patients to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Follows HIPAA and other regulatory requirements; handles patient information confidentially.
• Schedules appointments and provides test preparation and arrival guidance.
• Maintains welcoming, professional environment and handles calls and messages.
