Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Must commit to no time off during the 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Make 120 outbound calls per day to patients for post-discharge support and appointment scheduling.
• Occasionally handle inbound calls and questions to support care coordination.
