Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking compassionate individuals to join their remote customer care team. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with questions, scheduling, processing authorizations, and other admin tasks.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails (75+ per day), scheduling appointments, reviewing and authorizing orders, and documenting updates in the internal system. Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years experience in a high-volume call center.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, not required.
• Healthcare customer service experience is a plus.
• Computer savvy; training provided for CRM systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet at home.

Responsibilities

• Answer approximately 75+ calls per day in a fast-paced call center.
• Screen, transfer, resolve and dispatch calls promptly.
• Schedule participant appointments and resolve conflicts per protocols.
• Review, process, schedule and authorize orders.
• Document all updates and communications in the internal system.
• Provide eligibility status and benefit information to participants.
• Address participant and provider inquiries and escalate when needed.
