Job summary

Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Navigation Specialist/Offsite Phlebotomy Specialist to coordinate Offsite Phlebotomy and Kit orders.

You will work with the Client Services team across sales and lab operations to identify scalable solutions and ensure timely processing while supporting a remote first hybrid model. The role requires strong communication, multitasking and documentation skills, with a preference for applicants with healthcare customer-service experience and Salesforce

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in pharma/healthcare settings or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong computer proficiency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-product operational environment and adapt to procedures.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors to arrange Offsite Phlebotomy and assist clients and sales teams with kit orders.
• Process Offsite Phlebotomy and Kit orders and resolve cases quickly with urgency.
• Build relationships with Offsite Phlebotomy vendors, sales reps, patients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in territory meetings to define and execute business needs.
• Maintain precise documentation of all communications and follow-up activities.
• Adhere to SOPs related to Offsite Phlebotomy, Kit orders and related processes.
• Enter information into Salesforce.com and LIMS and support relevant teams.
