Job summary

Guardant Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Client Services Specialist for Key Accounts to provide high-touch, operationally rigorous support. You will navigate EMR systems, resolve data issues, and coordinate repeat orders while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will partner with Sales, Billing, Software, and Clinical Operations to deliver timely case resolutions, ABN support, tissue procurement coordination, and proactive client communication, ensuring accurate documentation and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare providers.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner) preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Navigate EMR systems to retrieve and verify patient data.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned Key Accounts.
• Coordinate tissue procurement and ABN-related activities.
