Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Patient Financial Support) to work hybrid from Beaverton, OR. You will handle patient calls, educate on program benefits, and guide enrollment and payments with a focus on empathy and accuracy.

Work obejctives include documenting interactions in the CRM, supporting outbound campaigns, and collaborating with coaching teams to enhance service quality. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of phone-based customer support or call center experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or financial services, including HIPAA familiarity, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary phone contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Make outbound welcome calls, follow-ups on past-due accounts, and service calls to non-enrolled patients.
• Educate patients on program benefits and enrollment and payment activity with professionalism and empathy.
• Deliver high-quality customer service as a patient advocate and brand ambassador.
• Accurately document call activity and outcomes in a proprietary CRM system.
• Escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution and participate in ongoing coaching.
