The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist (Registration) for our Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine West Clinic in SW Beaverton. This hybrid/remote role starts with training and then partial on-site work, serving as the first point of contact for patients and coordinating check-ins, scheduling, and insurance verification.

You will handle multi-line phone system, update EMR records, and support the care team to ensure efficient access to appts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year medical front office experience.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Strong customer service and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out patients.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments per protocols.
• Obtain and verify insurance information.
• Answer phones on a multi-line system.
• Update registration and EMR records as needed.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
