BCA Financial Services is hiring for a full-time remote patient accounts specialist. You will talk with patients to explain balances, offer payment options, and document interactions in our systems, all from a home office.

This role requires at least 1 year in a call center or customer service, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach. A Monday–Friday schedule and a monthly bonus make this a stable, performance-driven opportunity.
