Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Post Service Financial Concierge for a fast-paced call center in Arlington, TX. This remote-friendly role handles patient financial questions, balances, deposits, payments, and payment plans, with onsite training as needed.

You will join a team focused on service and patient experience, require healthcare revenue cycle experience, a CRCR credential on hire preferred, and a competitive monthly bonus plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience with 1 year in hospital CBO call center environment required.
• Associate’s Degree with 2 years Revenue Cycle experience plus 1 year hospital CBO call center experience preferred.
• Three years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience required.
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) on hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from patients/guarantors regarding account balances, estimates, deposits/payments, and payment plans.
• Focus on service and patient experience when dealing with patients, employers, management, hospital staff and others.
• Work independently to ensure cases are reviewed and tasks completed on each account.
• Advocate to settle consumer concerns between Texas Health hospitals/departments/insurance providers and consumers.
• Liaise with PAS leaders or other departments to ensure account balance accuracy.
• Escalated issues receive immediate attention.
• Inform senior leadership of potential issues or trends affecting timely responses.
