Job summary

Ideal Option seeks a Patient Financial Advocate to serve as a key liaison between patients and internal departments, resolving billing inquiries and setting up payment arrangements. This full-time remote role supports patients across multiple states and follows a Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–6:00 PM PST schedule, with a Friday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST option.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
