Job summary

Qualify Health, a division of Elevate Patient Financial Solutions, seeks a Patient Financial Advocate in a remote, full-time role (Mon–Fri). You will identify patients eligible for financial assistance, enroll them in programs, collect required documents, and maintain case records.

You will collaborate with hospitals, infusion centers, and clinics to ensure accurate and timely advocacy and funding. You will discuss options with patients, coordinate with billing and clinical staff, and manage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Direct experience applying for manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs and copay cards is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of EMR experience (Epic preferred; Cerner/Meditech valued).
• Minimum 2 years oncology experience, including financial advocacy.
• Experience with prior authorizations and specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients eligible for philanthropic aid programs.
• Enroll patients in PA programs, copay cards, and foundations.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and patients throughout the advocacy process.
• Explain programs and procedures to patients in clear terms.
• Communicate with clinical and billing staff to coordinate cases.
• Manage post-enrollment tasks, including claims and orders.
• Document case records in electronic systems.
• Maintain knowledge of available financial advocacy resources.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and clients.
• Attend meetings and assist leadership on workflow questions.
• Represent the organization at events; travel may be required.
