Job summary

Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers (trading as Blue Cloud) is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join a fast-paced medical-dental office team. You will greet patients, register families, manage appointments and provide forms and information to patients and caregivers in a friendly, professional environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume setting and solid communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in high-volume dental or medical office setting.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and family members.
• Manage appointments and daily schedule.
• Manage and provide patients and their families with appropriate forms and informational documents.
• Escalate any issues, questions, or calls to the appropriate parties.
