Job summary

MedQuest Imaging is seeking a motivated Contact Center Representative (Patient Experience Navigator) to schedule procedures, register patients, and collect demographics and insurance information. This remote, work-from-home role offers a daytime schedule and a starting hourly rate of $18.50–$19.75, with potential for growth within a patient-focused team.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, provide accurate information, and maintain detailed records.
• Coordinate insurance verification and pre-certification to assist patients with questions.
• Maintain scheduling knowledge and seek guidance when uncertain about procedures.
• Solicit feedback from supervisor to assess quality and effectiveness of work.
• Work to meet scheduling and quality goals in line with policy and procedures.
