Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and compassionately.
• Register patients and collect demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Schedule appointments and handle changes and follow-ups.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Collect co-pays and process payments per policy.
• Answer calls and assist with scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and coordinate communication among teams.
• Support clinic operations and provide excellent customer service.
