Measured is a flexible, part-time contract role for Patient Navigators to support onboarding and health goals in a primarily remote setup. You will respond to patient emails/chats, document interactions, and coordinate with medical professionals to ensure a high-quality experience.

The position emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and timely problem solving. Ideal candidates have several years in medical settings, strong communication skills, and comfort using Helpscout and EHR systems.

Formación

• Several years of experience in a medical setting (e.g., reception, scribe, or medical assistant).
• Experience supporting customers with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good typing and phone etiquette.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Helpscout or similar ticketing systems and EHRs.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to patient emails and chats with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with medical team, health coaches, and care team to improve onboarding.
• Identify concerns and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Gather patient feedback and suggest product or FAQ updates.
• Ensure inquiries and escalations meet set SLAs and timelines.
• Translate feedback into insights to improve the program and operations.
• Seek opportunities to improve efficiency and member satisfaction.
• Support team goals and take on additional duties as needed.
