Job summary

Medcor is seeking Patient Care Navigators to join a remote call center team, handling inbound calls and generating reports for Telehealth Triage clients. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, adherence to SOPs, and high-quality patient interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service or client relations experience preferred.
• Proficient data entry, speed and accuracy (25 wpm).
• PC proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls where triage is not required in a fast-paced remote call center.
• Follow SOPs and client directives to gather information and enter into proprietary software.
• Enter call information into Medcor’s Triage software reflecting the phone interaction.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect confidentiality of information.
• Monitor personal schedule adherence and reflect shift activities in the phone system.
• Participate in coaching sessions and strive to improve performance.
• Attend meetings as requested by leadership or Learning & Development teams.
