Job summary

Gather Health is seeking a Patient Experience Partner/Inside Sales Rep for fully remote work in Massachusetts. You will handle incoming inquiries, provide information about our Social Primary Care model, and guide prospective patients through next steps using phone and email.

The role emphasizes accurate CRM updates, collaboration with clinical resources, and contributing to patient acquisition while maintaining a high level of customer service. Standard Monday–Friday hours apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a role with similar or relevant duties – inside sales, account executive, etc.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to work a remote, quiet workspace and standard 8am–5pm EST hours
• Eligibility to work for any employer in the United States

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospects and address inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects.
• Provide accurate information about Gather Health’s services.
• Document prospecting activities in CRM (Salesforce).
• Create new patient profiles in the EMR with accuracy.
• Meet performance metrics: call handling time, CSAT, first-call resolution.
