Job summary
Medidata Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Pre-sales Industry Process Consultant to support the Patient Experience offering.
You will collaborate with Sales, PM and Services teams to craft strategies, deliver executive-level presentations, and drive adoption of the Medidata platform across life sciences customers. You will maintain expert knowledge of eCOA/ePRO capabilities, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and influence product roadmaps while coordinating with partners and internal R&D.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technical pre-sales or enterprise software within Life Sciences.
- Trusted advisor to C-suite leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Experience closing complex enterprise technology deals in global organizations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain expert knowledge of Patient Experience capabilities and roadmap.
- Support client engagements with Sales, LSE, and cross-functional teams.
- Create messaging and collateral for value-based pitches and proposals.
- Lead discovery sessions and executive workshops for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Product and Services on adoption scenarios and roadmaps.
- Assist with RFI/RFP responses and partner engagement.
