Job summary

Medidata Solutions, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Industry Process Consultant to drive value engagements across Life Sciences manufacturing and service domains. You will act as the technical authority with a focus on the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio and related solutions.

The role requires delivering compelling presentations, demos, and proofs of value, while coordinating with Services or partners on deployment roadmaps and ensuring customer success throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Familiarity with Dassault Systemes' solutions (or PLM industry).
Experience working with systems integrators, 3DS resellers, and/or consulting firms.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
Experience selling and implementing enterprise software solutions is preferred.
Ability to travel across Europe, North America, and potentially parts of Asia.

Responsibilities

Execute the Value Engagement process to understand customer needs and articulate the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
Plan and deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of value.
Collaborate with Services or partners on a deployment roadmap.
Monitor customer success throughout deployment and re-engage as necessary.
Engage at all levels of an organization within a matrix structure.
