Elevance Health is seeking a Patient Enrollment Specialist I to manage new and existing patient enrollments, prioritizing census and coordinating with care teams. This remote role allows virtual work with occasional in-person training sessions, offering flexibility and ongoing skill development.

Responsibilities include reaching out to patients to explain services, scheduling initial and annual appointments, and documenting activities in the systems.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in call center, sales, health care or customer focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Review and prioritize patient census.
• Reach out to patients to explain services and enroll them into programs.
• Provide support by addressing inquiries and scheduling initial and annual appointments.
• Enter documentation into designated systems.
• Multitask across calls, texts, and electronic queues while taking notes and speaking to customers.
• Maintain focus in fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong written and verbal communication.
