Nsight Health is hiring a Patient Enrollment Representative to connect patients with remote monitoring services from a home office. You will make outbound calls on behalf of physicians to explain benefits and secure enrollment while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

This role emphasizes AI fluency, strong communication, and the ability to navigate multiple scripts in a fast-paced, remote environment with a substantial monthly bonus potential based on performance.

Qualificações

• Sales experience is required.
• Clear, friendly speaking voice and excellent written communication.
• Ability to handle multiple scripts and manage objections.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with patients.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound calls to explain and enroll patients in RPM/CCM programs.
• Clearly communicate service value and address patient questions.
• Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Verify and record patient information accurately.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company compliance guidelines.
• Participate in daily virtual team meetings and collaborate via Google Workspace.
• Use Google Sheets and Docs for data entry and reporting.
• Adapt to script changes and new program offerings.
• Provide proactive support to improve patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
