Job summary

Vori Health is hiring a Patient Engagement Specialist. This fully remote role focuses on enrolling and engaging members in musculoskeletal care, coordinating with customer service, marketing, and operations to support patients’ care journeys.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in healthcare client success or related roles, with strong Zendesk/Excel skills, and a member-first mindset to drive exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in healthcare client success or a patient-facing role
• Experience exceeding targets in enrollment or sales roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and empathetic relationships with members
• Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Work authorization for United States or Canada (if applicable)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Reach out to 50-75 eligible members daily to inform them about Vori Health services
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone or email from marketing/outreach campaigns
• Build strong, trusting relationships with members using active listening and empathy
• Explain benefits of Vori Health programs to members and support networks
• Convert prospective patients to active Vori members
• Provide inbound telephonic support and triage to Care Teams
• Complete enrollment surveys and obtain member consent
• Participate in coaching and apply feedback to meet quality/productivity goals
• Follow policies, escalation pathways, and documentation standards
• Complete training on Vori Health systems and tools
